Peter joined Cox Engineering in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He began as Service Operations Manager and currently holds the Executive Vice President role within this division. In this role, Peter leads the service team, overseeing the administration, hiring, project execution, and financial performance of the group. When he is not in the office, he enjoys skiing, playing golf, and spending time with his wife, two children, and their family dog.

Service Sales Manager
Sarah joined Cox Engineering in 2024 as the Service Sales Manager for the Special Projects Team. With extensive experience in construction estimating, sales, project management, and business development within the mechanical contracting industry, she is dedicated to fostering strong relationships. Sarah collaborates closely with firm leadership, overseeing pipeline management, and client engagement. She is an active member of the BTEA Northeast Women's Council. Outside of work, you can find her staying active outdoors with her son, exercising, out on the water, or cooking. She always welcomes a challenge — especially if it’s a game of pickleball!

PMA Sales Manager
Connor joined Cox in 2019 as a Preventative Maintenance Sales Representative over the past six years, he has risen to Preventative Maintenance Sales (PMA) Manager. In this new role, he manages the PMA team, leading the strategic sales plans while closely monitoring the current market. Outside of work Connor spends his time with his wife and two children. He enjoys playing hockey and during the nice weather you can find him on the ocean or the golf course.

Keith Reissfelder
Service Manager
Keith became a member of Local 537 Refrigeration division in 1993. He worked in the field as a service technician for 21 years before accepting the Service Manager position for Cox in 2014. He has been instrumental in building the service department from 16 technicians to approximately 60 current field personnel. Carrying on the tradition of hiring talented people that fit the Cox culture is a big part of the success of this great team. Keith enjoys time with family and friends boating, taking sunset cruises, and enjoying the outdoors at his family lake house.
