Our preconstruction and prefabrication process delivers consistent, high-quality workmanship across commercial and industrial plumbing projects. In a controlled environment, we streamline production, improve accuracy, and identify challenges before they ever reach the field. At the core of our process is Stratus, a cloud-based platform that streamlines workflows by integrating our CAD software with manufacturing tools.
From small-bore stainless to 32’ carbon steel, our team assembles piping systems and equipment skids in a controlled environment. With disciplined coordination and precision, we minimize on-site fabrication — enabling faster schedules, cleaner installations, and predictable results.

Plumbing Manager
John joined Cox Engineering in 2024 to lead the newly established Plumbing Division, bringing with him over 30 years of expertise. As a third-generation Local 12 Master Plumber, he holds certifications as a Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, and is OSHA 40 and Med Gas Certified. John’s extensive experience ensures a comprehensive approach to plumbing solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys weekends on the boat and is often found driving his kids to their high school sporting events.

Andrew Thibeault
Plumbing Superintendent
With 15 years in the mechanical trade and eight years as a proud member of Local 12, Andrew Thibeault brings deep technical expertise, steady leadership, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship on every project he oversees. Andrew spent five years as the area foreman for Children’s Hospital and Beth Israel with J.C. Higgins, followed by two years as an outside superintendent responsible for managing 88 field personnel. He also holds OSHA 30, Medical Gas 6010 certification, and is a highly skilled orbital welder. Weekends usually mean chasing his daughters and his wife around the barn for horseback riding, or grabbing a little peace and quiet on his Harley. He lives in Plymouth on what his kids lovingly call their “funny farm,” complete with 16 chickens, two dogs, and two cats.

Brandon Watman
Project Manager
Brandon joined Cox in April 2021 as an Estimator and spent three years in that role before transitioning to Project Manager. Before joining Cox, Brandon spent four years in the field with a commercial HVAC shop and another year and a half with a commercial and residential plumbing company — building a strong foundation in both technical and project execution skills. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys boating and golfing.
